Australia
$10 flat fee, anywhere in Australia. Whether you are in Sydney or a long way from it, and it does not change with order size. Order five things or one, it is $10.
Dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from Sydney. Delivery is usually another 2 to 5 days after that.
International
$35 AUD, rest of world. Also flat, also regardless of order size.
We ship anywhere. Most orders go to the US, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and Ireland, but if you are somewhere else, order away. Same $35.
Dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is usually about two weeks, though it varies by country and by how busy customs is.
United States
US orders include 12.5% duty and 2% processing, calculated and charged at checkout.
The duty is worked out on the value of the goods, not on the shipping.
For example a $100 order to the US comes to $149.50 at checkout: $100 goods, $12.50 duty, $2 processing, $35 delivery. Nothing more to pay when it arrives.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No customs invoice on delivery, no courier handling fee, nothing to sort out before the parcel is released.
Trade and wholesale orders
Flat rates apply to retail orders. Wholesale and shop orders are quoted individually.

Send the order through first. Shipping is worked out for that specific order, then invoiced with it, so you are not paying a flat rate designed for a single tool on a pallet-sized order.

Dispatch and delivery times
Everything is packed by hand, one order at a time, so dispatch takes 2 to 5 business days rather than same day. If something is urgent, email jono@xprt.tools before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Common questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. $35 AUD flat, from Sydney, usually arriving in about two weeks.
Will I be charged duty when it arrives?
Not on US orders. Duty and processing are collected at checkout, so the parcel is released without a customs bill. For other countries, any local duties or taxes are set by your own customs authority and are not included in the $35.
Does shipping cost more if I order more?
No. Both retail rates are flat regardless of how many items are in the order. If you are buying more than one thing, ordering it together is the cheaper way to do it.
I run a shop and want to order wholesale. What will shipping cost?
Quoted per order rather than flat. Send the order through, we work out the freight for it, then invoice including it. Email jono@xprt.tools for a price list.
How long until it is dispatched?
2 to 5 business days. Orders are packed by hand in the Sydney workshop.
What if something arrives faulty?
Faulty or defective items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from using a tool hard on the job is not covered.
